ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Chicken Nest website and placing orders through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ONLINE ORDERING
Orders placed through our website are for in-store pickup only. By submitting an order, you authorize Chicken Nest to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. All sales are final once an order is confirmed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call us immediately at (773) 414-0400. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once preparation has begun.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Menu prices and item availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
PICKUP POLICY
Orders must be picked up within a reasonable time of the confirmed ready time. Chicken Nest is not responsible for food quality if pickup is significantly delayed. We are not able to issue refunds for unclaimed orders unless there is an error on our part.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Square. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Chicken Nest does not store your card details.
ALLERGEN AND DIETARY INFORMATION
Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us directly before ordering. Chicken Nest is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergen sensitivities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Chicken Nest and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chicken Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
